淫羊藿軟糖，覆盆子風味

I was skeptical about gummies for gym fuel, but these taste just like fresh raspberries and are easy to toss in my bag before a workout. The convenience of a quick bite instead of mixing a powder has honestly made me more consistent with my pre-gym routine.

These raspberry gummies have become a non-negotiable part of my gym bag—they taste like candy, so I actually remember to take them. I’ve noticed my energy stays steady through heavy squat sessions, which is exactly what I wanted for supporting my training.

The gummies are a solid pre-workout addition—they’re easy to chew and the raspberry taste is sweet but not overpowering. I’ve noticed a small boost in my gym stamina, and the convenience of tossing a few in my bag beats mixing powder.
