鋸棕櫚軟糖，覆盆子口味

I was skeptical about gummies for this kind of thing, but the 60 mg of berry extract per piece is solid. Took them about a week to notice a real difference in my bathroom trips, and honestly the raspberry taste makes it easy to stay consistent.

These raspberry gummies are surprisingly easy to remember taking since they actually taste good, and the 60 mg of berry extract seems to do the trick. I've noticed my nightly bathroom trips have calmed down quite a bit.

The 60 mg of saw palmetto extract per gummy has genuinely eased that constant bathroom urgency I was dealing with, and the raspberry taste is so much better than the capsules I choked down before. I look forward to taking them every morning, which never happened with my old routine.
